As my one current flourishing crop, the tomatoes are getting a lot of gentle loving care at the moment (and occasional random green tomatoes pulled off, care of the toddler). The type that I am growing is Tropic, bought from Green Harvest seeds. This is probably my favourite type of tomato – a big call, it’s taken a lot to get me off Roma as the favourite.

This is growing well, dealing with warmer weather fine, and is delightfully fleshy inside, not too many seeds (my biggest issue with tomatoes – the gooey part).
