My grandfather passed away in the night.
At some point in the night, up with a sick baby, I noticed that it had begun to rain.
This morning when I woke up, it was still raining.
It’s kept up all day – soft rain, drizzling rain, the rain you hope for to water newly planted seedlings in. Gardener’s rain.
Hope you’re doing ok… much love x
Thank you, Claire.
I’m very sorry for your loss, I hope your little one is feeling better too.
Thank you – little one is a bit better, hopefully a good nights sleep for us all tonight.
I am so sorry for your loss. X
Thank you, Georgia.
I’m so sorry for your loss. Take care, Terri x
Thank you, Terri.
It is sad and it is also life. Poignant and relentless. The circle of life. May your little ‘un feel better soon. x
Thank you, Doris. It is a reminder that life is short and to make the most of it.
Ah, sorry to hear Lis. It’s lovely that he gave you gardening.
Thanks Amanda. I am glad there’s something I can point to that was his influence.
